Header Format in Score Reports

March 7th, 2010

Dear Coaches,

Here we come to a new year, and the correct header format for this year should be “NYCIML,0Sdiv-meet,school_name,x”. The year code is not “10s” or “9s”. So please correct your score reports before you send them in. If you have sent in your reports, don’t worry about it, we will correct them for you. In addition, you can see the code change in www.nyciml.org/coaches/score-reporting/.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

New Contest Date for the First Senior Meet

February 10th, 2010

In light of recent school closings due to wintry weather, the Executive Committee has decided to allow the first senior meet to be held on any day up to and including February 25th, the normally scheduled second round contest date.  If the first contest is to be taken on February 25th, please ensure the first and second rounds are conducted in order.

Please feel free to express your comments and concerns through email to coordinators or Division Talk.   Also, please let us know when the contests will be held in advance.
(If you have difficulty logging into Division Talk, use the “Lost your password?” button on the login page)

NYCIML Executive Committee

New Contest Date to Be Decided Shortly

February 10th, 2010

Due to the upcoming storm, all contest meets scheduled for tomorrow, February 10, 2010, are moved to a later date.  The Executive Committee understands that there are only 4 school days between today and the next scheduled Senior A & B meets for public schools in New York City.  Furthermore, February 24, 2010 is the second round of AMC.

We are currently in the process of finding a proper alternative.  Please stay close to our announcements.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your coordinator.
